My house: before and after

We bought a house in downtown Clarksdale. After looking at alot of houses, we decided quickly on this one! Most of the houses in this area are quite old and inexpensive so we didnt want to outprice the area but wanted to make it Shabby chic. The house, about 1,000 sq ft was built probably in early 1900s and has been remodeled several times. Thank goodness it came with central air and heat, washer/dryer, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Hey...it worked and for $45,000!
