Fifth Grader, Chris Hartcock, won 3rd prize in the Juke Joint Writing Contest. He was surprised when his idol, Guitar Mikey was there at the award ceremony on Sunday. His submission, “Cool Blues”, expressed his friendship for his favorite Blues Musician. This years Juke Joint Writing Contest’s theme was “Keeping the Blues Alive”. Chris is a student at St. George’s Episcopal School.
